1. How long does handover & delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched on the same business day. Delivery across major metro cities takes 2 to 4 business days. You will receive live WhatsApp and SMS tracking updates as your parcel moves.
2. What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange and return policy for unworn items with original tags intact. You can initiate a return or size exchange directly through your account or by WhatsApping our concierge at +91 83208 84933.
3. How do I know my correct size?
Each product page includes our Atelier Interactive Size Guide with precise chest, waist, and length measurements in inches. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a modern relaxed drape or contacting concierge for custom advice.
4. What payment methods are accepted? Is COD available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. We also accept all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking with zero extra transaction fees.
5. Are the fabrics 100% genuine and pre-shrunk?
Every single garment is woven from certified pure Mulberry silk, high-thread count French linen, or shuttle-loomed selvedge denim. Fabrics undergo sanforization and garment-washing to prevent post-wash shrinkage and color bleeding.
6. Where is BRO FASHION physically located?
Our flagship studio and fulfillment atelier is located near S.G. Highway, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Patrons are welcome to experience our bespoke tailoring lounge by booking an appointment.
